August 24, 2018 – Netfabb APAC 2018 Reseller Round Table Event – Farsoon Technologies and Autodesk Netfabb additive manufacturing software now enhances relationship in Asia-Pacific Area after a joint announcement of global partnership last November.

Netfabb APAC 2018 Reseller Round Table Event have gathered industry partners from Japan, Korea, India, Malaysia and Indonesia. During the event, Peter Rogers, head of AM APAC, shared Netfabb’s latest success stories and application cases. Divy Kishor Tiwary, Technical specialist, introduced new functions in Autodesk Netfabb 2019, including Metal Process Simulation on the cloud, Lattice design optimization, advanced tool pathing and generative design, etc.

As an OEM partner, Farsoon will enhance the collaboration in the Asia-Pacific region with Autodesk to provide customers with the highest quality solutions and efficient local service. Farsoon’s core strategy of “Open for Industry” – enabling users’ complete control of the processing parameters and unprecedented freedom to use third party materials, aligns perfectly with Autodesk’s view of how the additive manufacturing ecosystem must be open and collaborative to achieve real production.

“The partnership between Farsoon and Autodesk is allowing the Asian market to take the diversity of our additive platform, Netfabb, and apply it to the broad range of plastic and metal machines Farsoon have developed.” Said Peter Rogers, “Farsoon has been a pioneer of AM hardware in APAC, and with Autodesk strengthening their position as a key player in the APAC AM market, customers are starting to see feasible ways of taking the technology to mass production levels.”
