Quality Materials for Healthcare

Farsoon offers a wide range of metal and plastic materials for use on our laser powder bed fusion systems for high functionality healthcare applications. Fully tested powder materials, as well as processing parameter sets are also available for serial production to achieve the reduced the cost of operation. Farsoon’s FS3300PA and FS3201PA-F are PA12 based materials features excellent mechanical properties and bio-compatibility. Received medical grade evaluation to be suitable for intracutaneous reactivity, irritation and skin sensitization, both materials are identified with good chemical stability and durability for production of medical grade devices. The as-printed parts can be further post-processed with blasting, ultrasonic cleaning, UV light disinfected, high heat and pressure as needed. Farsoon is also fully open to work with end customers as well as material innovators for new powder development towards specific applications and certifications in healthcare industry.
