Farsoon is one of the first machine manufacturers to develop production-targeted industrial LPBF solutions using robust Fiber Lasers. A full mold tooling set for electronics packaging includes a mold body, a cavity mold, and a screened mold. Flight® 403P is able to deliver improved feature detail compared to other plastic powder-based technologies with feature details as small as 0.3mm, specific offsets between the modules, adjusting the design of hole sizes and porosity to best suit customized applications.
